A dominating professional pitcher for 17 years, Sarah Pauly has retired her spikes, but is still closely connected to the game. She’s excited to be very active in the general management of The Texas Smoke. She’s bringing her extensive professional playing experience from the USA, Japan, Italy, and New Zealand to the management team.
As a 7-time NPF All-Star, she runs a thriving private pitching instruction and clinic business based in Austin, Texas. Additionally, she is co-owner of PaulyGirl Fastpitch an online University/Pitching Coaching Certification Program.
In addition to her playing experience, she has coaching experience at the Travel Ball level, the College Division I level and also internationally when she coached with the Chinese Junior National Team.
Her connections within both the college and professional ranks go deep and offer a valuable asset to the development of an elite level professional team.
