Show is so excited to be a two-way player for the Texas Smoke, the second-ever professional sports team in Austin, Texas, and the fourth franchise in Women’s Professional Fastpitch (WPF). She was drawn to this team by the authenticity and competitiveness the leadership team brings to the organization.

Show was born in Houston, Texas, and grew up with a love of softball. She began the first three years of her collegiate softball career at Texas A&M and in 2018, Show transferred to Oklahoma State to play her final collegiate season in Stillwater.

Show starred as a college athlete at Oklahoma State before turning her eyes toward professional softball.  She holds the single-season home run record with 20 home runs and was an All American in 2019. In 2017 and 2018, she was recognized as NFCA’s All-South Region First Team as well as the SEC’s Pitcher of the Week in February 2017. Show also appeared in the 2017 and 2019 Women’s College World Series and is best known for my “bat flips” after hitting many homeruns that led her team to several victories.

From watching Jennie Finch dominate on the field to chasing her own softball dreams, the sport was constantly top of mind for Show. Before going pro in 2019, she moved overseas to Bollate, Italy, to play softball for two months and her team went on to win the Women’s European Premier Cup.

Since turning pro, Show has competed for Athletes Unlimited and USSSA Pride of Women’s Professional Fastpitch (WPF). She was ranked 21st overall after accumulating 1,368 points during the 2020 season. In the batter’s box, she had 15 hits, including five home runs and two doubles, and 11 RBIs for a .306 average.

Show is passionate about mental health awareness, softball mentorship and inspiring the next generation of girls to chase their dreams on and off the field.

She enjoys listening to The Weekend, drinking Dr. Pepper, and my hobbies include Youtube and TikTok. Show currently reside in Austin, Texas.
