Gasparotto started playing baseball when she was 8 years old and immediately fell in love with the sport. She didn’t want to switch to softball when she was older but then changed her mind watching softball played at the highest level at the Olympic qualifiers played in her hometown in 2007 and decided that it was going to be her goal to be an Olympic Athlete one day.

The dream became reality in 2019 when Team Italy qualified for the Olympics and after the pandemic participated at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Gasparotto went to ITC Einaudi Marconi in Staranzano and then got a scholarship to study and play softball at Chipola College in Florida. She went there for a year in 2016/17 and then came back to Italy to play professionally and be with the national team.

Her parents are Bruno Gasparotto and Alessandra Cattarin, her sister is Giulia Gasparotto. She has a dog named Oliver and her hobbies include video and photo editing and playing basketball.
