Kenna is excited to return to Texas and join The Smoke franchise, coming all the way from her hometown in Braidwood, Illinois. She previously attended Northwestern University for her undergraduate degree before going on to receive her master’s from the University of Houston in global retailing.
Kenna enjoys assistant coaching and is the daughter of Wayne (Tad) and Tracy Wilkey, who also played collegiate softball from 1988-91. Her family and friends are a big part of who she is and she believes she would be nowhere without them. Her ultimate goal is to work with children with disabilities, while still being a part of the softball world.
